KHRISTOVAL RUIZ, Project Sales Coordinator

With over 7 years experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Ruiz of CEBUANO REALTY AND BROKERAGE, INC. joins us as Lead Project Sales Coordinator for all pre-leasing sales and activities related to the exciting CHATSWOOD DRIVE expansion project.

He also handles leasing for vacancies at CHATSWOOD I, CHATSWOOD II and CHATSWOOD RESIDENCES commercial, retail and residential buildings.

ANN MARIE ARAGON, Site Supervisor and Tenant Relations

Ms. Aragon has been with us since the beginning and has helped nurture the growth of CHATSWOOD CENTER from a humble two-building complex of commercial and retail spaces into a lifestyle community that embodies the work-live-play concept.

She handles tenant relations and overall site supervision, showing available units and opportunities to prospective locators, as well as handling of queries, complaints and suggestions from clients, guests and tenants at Chatswood.

She also briefs new tenants, handling the on-boarding process by providing insightful presentations explaining the requirements for pre-construction, pre-opening and ongoing operations of locators as well as house and site rules for the smooth running of events and business operations of our tenants.

ALHAMID TAN, Finance Officer and Customer Accounts Officer

Mr. Tan handles Accounts Payable and has recently joined the Client Engagement Group assisting Ms. Aragon in providing excellent customer service to existing clients of CHATSWOOD RESIDENCES and CHATSWOOD CENTER.
